How to deal with adversity. Here is a synopsis of the first two core concepts that you can apply in your daily lives.
When something is challenging, we tend to avoid it, make excuses, and eventually avoid having to deal with it entirely. Instead, encounter the difficult problem with only an open mind and your complete effort. Rest assured that you will eventually finish the difficult task.
Then we try to justify our rationale for not being able to complete the difficult task, and your brain simply accepts this melded idea that you are not capable enough. Instead, try and remember that these are only our thoughts and not truth of the matter.
